CURTAIN WALL

Jeko Instalasi Dekorasi curtain walling offers a range of aesthetical solutions, such as different styles of face caps from horizontal to vertical lining, to a more minimalistic look using structural glazing or clamping technologies..

ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel)

Aluminium Composite Panel is a sandwich panel composed of two sheets of aluminium bonded to a LDPE core or FR core, through a continuous extruding and laminating process. The surface of aluminium sheet is pre-painted with PVDF or PE coating through roller coating process.

8 KEY WORK STAGES

Interior & Exterior Design

Feasibility

This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property.

Concept

Concept Design is the beginning of the creative process.

Development

Throughout the design development stage, we get into the detail of the scheme.

Technical

With the design signed off, we move onto the Technical Design stage

Production

We’ve completed the construction details so next we will develop fully detailed finishes schedules

Mobilisation

Once the contractor is appointed, we’ll undertake workshops to review the design proposals with them in detail and advise

Post PC

While the project is on-site we will work closely with the contractors and FF&E supply chain to achieve the successful implementation

Feasibility

As the project concludes we will visit site to inspect all the works & prepare a schedule of defects if required
